The first act of the Threat of Peace comic being created by Bioware and Dark Horse Comics was released this past Friday.  The comic is short, three pages in total, each with very little substance.  By the looks of it, this first act is introducing the first overt attacks from the Sith Empire to Coruscant, which is the capital of the Galactic Republic .

***THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS PLOT POINTS FROM THREAT OF PEACE:  ACT 1***

The comic starts off with an Imperial delegation arriving on Alderann to meet with members of the Jedi Order, and the Galactic Republic to discuss possible peace.  The following page consists of a Jedi Padawan speaking with her Master about her suspicions that the peace talks were more than the Jedi Council knew of.  The following page consists of a security ship patrolling around Coruscant.  The Twi’lek security guard is about to get off her shift  when out in the distance, several Sith war vessels are spotted.  The Twi’lek asks the ships for clearance codes, upon which the Sith destroyers commence fire on the security ship and presumably Coruscant.

Though it was short, the comic gives a good feel for the tension that is present during this time of intense war.  It also is a prime example of the ruthless nature of the Sith.
